      Vi vil gerne have at du lykkes bedst muligt som graduate. Udgangspunktet for det er, at du besidder følgende kvalifikationer:

      Exciting tasks await you
      Working as an auditor in Deloitte, your main base will be at the Deloitte office. Work location will however vary from time to time, depending on the tasks and clients in question. Common to most projects is that they are carried out on a team basis yet including some individual tasks and timelines that need to be met.

      During the first period, your assignments will comprise a wide range of tasks that include:

      • Analysis and understanding of clients’ internal control environment within: handling of staff costs, accounts payable, debtors and other accounting areas.
      • To perform risk assessments of accounting areas based on your knowledge about a client’s structure and internal processes.
      • On-going and increasing dialogue with clients from day one on your journey to become a trusted advisor.
      • To be part of the year-end process in close cooperation with an experienced audit team, including audit of miscellaneous items in order to ensure that the financial statements give a true and fair view.
      • Preparation of financial statements within different sizes of companies.

      We foster a culture that encourages you to take the lead at your specific level of development. Your professional and personal development will be guided by a coach, who will assist you in overcoming challenges. Over time, you will take part in training younger colleagues and be in charge of client teams.

      You have the following skills and experience

      • As a person you are curious and passionate about developing your skills within auditing and client relations. You are ambitious and enjoy learning and challenging the status quo in a humble manner.
      • Having an interest in innovative and digital solutions and the capability to use this as lever for business puts you one step ahead.
      • Experience from other work relevant employments or other high commitments such as volunteer work or sports will also be considered of great importance.
      • You can become a ChangeMaker at different stages in your career. We picture you as either still studying or having completed one of the following educations with great results: a MSc in Business Administration and Auditing (CMA), a BSc in Economics and Business (HA) or Financial Management and Services, a Graduate Diploma (HD) or another financial education.
      • Proficiency in verbal and written Danish is a requirement.

      Spændende opgaver venter dig
      Som revisor i Deloitte vil din primære base være på Deloitte-kontoret. Arbejdsstedet vil dog ofte variere afhængigt af de pågældende opgaver og kunder. Fælles for de fleste projekter er, at de udføres i teams, dog med nogle individuelle opgaver og tidsfrister, der skal overholdes.

      I den første periode vil dit arbejde omfatte en lang række opgaver, bl.a.:

      • Analyse og forståelse af kundernes interne kontrolmiljø inden for: varetagelse af personaleomkostninger, kreditorer, debitorer og andre regnskabsmæssige områder.

      • Deltagelse i regnskabsafslutningen i tæt samarbejde med et erfarent revisionsteam, herunder revision af diverse poster for at sikre, at årsregnskabet giver et retvisende billede.
      • Udarbejdelse af årsregnskaber for virksomheder af forskellig størrelse.

      Et graduate program kan variere i længde. Et graduate program tager som hovedregel et par år. I løbet af programmet kommer du typisk rundt i flere forskellige afdelinger, så du opnår mange forskellige kompetencer og ikke mindst et helhedssyn på, hvordan virksomheden fungerer.

      Indenfor graduate programmer er der også nicher, idet at du som kandidat allerede befinder dig på specialistniveau. Eksempelvis findes der graduate programmer såsom:

      • Graduate program HR
      • Graduate program IT
      • Graduate program ingeniør

      I løbet af dit graduate forløb, kan du forvente sparring fra en mentor, og forløbet vil alt andet lige være ret intenst – både i forhold til læring og antal timer, som du bruger på jobbet. I nogle virksomheder tilbydes som en del af graduate programmet en arbejdsperiode i udlandet, eksempelvis i en dattervirksomhed.

      Graduate job

      Efter endt graduate uddannelse, så er det ikke usædvanligt at du bliver tilbudt et fuldtidsjob – med mindre at enten du eller virksomheden har mistet interessen for modparten under vejs i graduate forløbet.

      Både før du starter, men også i løbet af dit graduate forløb, vil virksomheden se på og vægte dine akademiske resultater i form af dine karakterer – men også dine personlige egenskaber. Det er jo vigtigt, at du føler dig motiveret i dit graduate job.

      I dit graduate job skal du bevise en personlig udvikling, at du er ambitiøs, og du kan skabe synlige resultater for virksomheden.
