    Your role:

    You are going to provide specific business and technical enablement to drive brands. You will develop the partner capability and knowledge, required to sell the brand and to grow share of the partner's business. You are going to train the partner sales force and you will work closely with marketing and sales department to drive and close partner lead generation.

    • Managing partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking tools.

    Requirements:

    • Native level of speaker of Danish and fluent English
    • Two years of related technical sales experience preferred

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients via the different channels  (inbound calls, outbound calls, email, chat ) and be able to work towards meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s)
    • Make sure that all customer queries are answered and their concerns are addressed accordingly; demonstrate empathy
    • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
    • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
    • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database

     

    Skill Requirements:

    • Fluent in Danish both written and verbal and working level of English. (With basic understanding to industry related terminologies)
    • Strong computer navigation skills, Keyboarding Skills, internet surfing and PC Knowledge
    • High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience  is preferred
    • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
    • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
    • Strong customer service skills, great communicator with ability to work as a team member
    • Ability to rotate shifts, as needed
