Are you ready to become a part of an amazing team with cheerful and enthusiastic colleagues? Do you dream of a work environment where your playful nature is celebrated, and you can contribute to positive guest experiences?
Now is your chance!
We are looking for employees of all ages over 16 years old. Whether you're on gap year or sabbatical, want a senior job a few days a week, or are looking for a cool student job, you can become a Play Agent at LEGO House.
The most important thing is that you are service minded, are a smiley person and have a desire to play.
What does a Play Agent do?
As a Play Agent, you create world-class guest experiences in all departments across the house.
In the Experience Zones, you facilitate play so that guests can immerse themselves in the LEGO universe and have a day of magical building experiences.
In Food & Beverage, it's all about serving hungry guests in a fun and playful way.
In the kitchen, you prepare sustainable and nourishing meals, making the dining experience unique. And of course, you must clean dishes afterwards.
In the LEGO Store, you get familiar with all the LEGO characters in helping the guests find their favorite LEGO set, so play can continue at home.
Your role is crucial in the cleaning department as you ensure that the house is always clean, tidy, and ready for play.
If you are under 18, you can work in Brick Separation, where you after school separate the LEGO models the guests have built.
Contract
We offer you a contract where we guarantee you a minimum of 4, 8, 20 or 30 hours per week on average - depending on the best match to both your wishes and our needs. Your working hours will basically be every other weekend, on public holidays and during school holidays - this is when we have a lot of guests.
This means that even if you have a contract for e.g. 4 hours per week, you must expect to work more hours during periods such as Easter, summer, autumn and winter holidays.
LEGO House invests in YOU and your development
As an employee of LEGO House, you get more than just a job. You will be part of a large family with a positive team culture, where we invest in you and your personal development. You will be trained as a play agent, so you together with your colleagues can create world-class guest experiences in whichever department you work in.
Your contribution is first and foremost your unique personality! We make sure to train you in the skills you need to succeed.
Are you ready to play?
Then send us your application as soon as possible by following the "Apply" button. We would appreciate if you upload a CV and a portrait photo as well as indicate which department you would prefer to work in.
We are ready to read your application and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When does the fun start?
In most cases, you will start a few days after you have signed the contract. We have tailored a training course that consists of both online and practical training, so you are completely ready to get into your uniform and play from your first shift.
Our 'Play Agent' and 'Service and Hospitality' workshops run four times a year. And you will be invited to the first available training after your start date.
