Our policy for personal data, including cookies and registrations, we review here:
A cookie is a small text file that is sent to your computer via your browser when you visit certain websites. The browser sends the text file back to the server it came from when you download a new page, that way the server can recognize the browser. There are a large number of descriptions of cookies on the Internet and how they can be used.
Findjobhub.com uses 'session' cookies to remember that you are logged in. In addition, we remember your actions, such as the searches you made and the ads you clicked on. The purpose is that you can easily call up the job ads again. If you choose that we remember your login, then a persistent cookie will be set for this purpose.
Findjobhub.com uses Google Analytics, which is a service that Alphabet Inc. delivers. The purpose is that we can make different analyzes of how users move around our site. In this connection, a cookie is sent from your browser to Google with anonymised information (including your IP address). Google stores the information on its servers in the United States. Google will not associate your IP address with any other information held by Google. Learn more about Google Analytics Terms of Service at https://analytics.google.com.
You can reject cookies in the settings on your browser, but this will unfortunately lead to limited functionality of Findjobhub.com. However, if you reject cookies from our partners, it should not affect the user experience.
Findjobhub.com registers which employers and recruitment companies read and contact which users, and all emails sent through the system are registered.
The database also contains a facility where advertisers, recruitment companies and temp agencies have the opportunity to write comments and notes to the CVs for their own internal use.
Findjobhub.com’s own recruitment department also functions as a recruitment company, and can thus also write comments and notes to the CVs.
In the Personal Data Ordinance valid from 25 May 2018, a distinction is made between so called 'sensitive' and 'ordinary' data.
1.
'Sensitive' information about a person is:
None of this data is requested by Findjobhub.com
2.
'Common' information about a person is:
Findjobhub.com only registers relevant information, and not all the above possibilities. You can at any time see what data Findjobhub.com has registered by logging in to your profile via the front page of Findjobhub.com
Once you have logged in, you can correct or delete your profile and thus also your data. You can do this around the clock, as long as you just have access to the internet.
At the same time, we can mention that both "front and backend" are secured with SSL. That is, both what you see "from the outside" and what you see "from the inside" when you are logged in.
Should the above not correspond to your wishes, please contact Findjobhub.com
We hope we can help with any questions you may have. Should this not be the case, we can refer to the Danish Data Protection Agency, which accepts your complaint.
