The company Ungarbejde.dk ApS owns both: Ungarbejde.dk and Findjobhub.com, and is referred to below as 'we'.
Before you start placing ads, you need to purchase an ad solution. When you buy such a solution, you will be asked to create a profile, including entering an e-mail address, so that Findjobhub.com can send you information and confirmation of your user creation.
When you set up your company on Findjobhub.com, you are responsible for submitting correct and complete data. We encourage the company profile to be filled in as thoroughly as possible, as it will increase the possibility of a better match between job seeker and company.
The content of your job posting is your sole responsibility.
Only ads with offers of vacancies are accepted on Findjobhub.com
All advertisements must comply with the laws and regulations that apply to job postings.
Findjobhub.com reserves the right to refuse the admission of advertisements that are contrary to applicable laws and regulations or against the interests of the user or Findjobhub.com interests.
A job advertisement must not contain requirements or wishes in the direction of religion, race, political conditions, trade union relations, sexual orientation, age and / or health information. If this is the case, the advertisement will be deactivated by Findjobhub.com and you will be notified. We can in no way be held liable for the claims, losses or related losses, or other inconveniences this may cause, and the ad will not be reimbursed for any. remaining term.
Findjobhub.com assumes no responsibility for the content of the ad and for the display of ads that may. is in violation of the law. It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser.

Payment can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, Dankort, MasterCard and Maestro. Any transaction fee will not exceed the fees set by Nets. You have the option of applying for actual electronic invoicing when purchasing annual agreements, or in cases where you work for a public institution that uses a Danish EAN number. Complaints must be made no later than one week after the first day of advertising. Invoice complaints must be submitted immediately after receipt of the invoice.
Please note that payment terms for the sent invoice are net 8 days.
As the product can be used immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal and right of complaint lapses, however, Findjobhub.com has the following guidelines for errors and omissions: Errors and omissions in the ad, which are not due to the advertiser, will, at Findjobhub.com's discretion be reimbursed by additional exposure of the ad. Only in special cases, and in our opinion, part of the invoiced amount will be credited. A credit can never exceed the amount paid for the ad.
Findjobhub.com uses a payment gateway from QuickPay. All card data is sent encrypted. We have made great efforts to be able to offer a secure solution to our customers and guarantee that we do not store sensitive information on our own server. All credit card information is entered in a secure environment (SSL) and sent in encrypted form
When you register as a user on Findjobhub.com, your information will be registered and stored by the data controller and the data processor.
The purpose of the registration is to give Findjobhub.com the opportunity to contact you per. mail, and through us a potential employer will also be able to contact you.
The information that can identify you (email, name, address, phone number and photo) is not available to advertisers unless you choose to make your data public. Findjobhub.com is no longer responsible for how your data may be used when you choose this.

We reserve the right to remove parts of your entered information if we become aware that your profile or resume contains incorrect or illegal information. We will notify you of such changes. You are responsible if you post data that you do not want published elsewhere on your profile.
If you apply for a position via our online system, we store your personal information (application and CV) associated with the application in our system, as long as we have a specific, factual purpose for this. Only Findjobhub.com and the company looking for an employee have access to your information in connection with your online application and CV.
You can delete your information at any time by logging in and on the left side select 'Settings'.
From here you can unsubscribe from newsletters or completely delete your account.
If you just want to delete or change your job agent, click on: Job agent on the left side.
If you want us to delete all the registered information, then you must delete your entire user profile and not just the CV.
We will automatically delete your information after 5 years from the date you last updated it.
We reserve the right to remove your information in the event of misuse or use for unauthorized and / or criminal purposes.
We can not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer because we change or discontinue our service or that our service is unavailable.
We can in no way be held liable for the information contained on the site - regardless of whether this should unexpectedly be incorrect.
