How to get at youth job in Denmark

Youth job over 18

There are differences in jobs once you have turned 18, you can do more, which works to your advantage.

  1. You can work at night, even if you also study at university. For example, it can be an advantage as you can now work at a nightclub at the weekends
  2. You can serve alcohol. Therefore, you can apply for café jobs and jobs at restaurants
  3. If you have a driving license, you can work as a courier, you can also pick up goods for your employer
  4. You can work on machines categorised as dangerous (after you have received training). Therefore, you can work for a manufacturing company
  5. If you have taken a forklift certificate, you can apply for a job at a warehouse
  6. You may work more than 37 hours per week
